Fig. above: All Performa DTR products are per-hydrated and ready to use. After a pre-spin to remove any excess fluid, apply your sequencing reaction and centrifuge. Collect your sample and you are ready to sequence.
NEW and IMPROVED Performa DTR Ultra 96-Well Plate Kits
The Ultra Plate was developed to allow customers to spin directly into the ABI Prism Optical Plate or similar (96-Well Capillary Plate), thereby saving a transfer step. The optical plate or similar can then be loaded directly onto the capillary sequencer. This plate can accommodate reactions of 5 - 20 ml without adjusting the volume of the reaction prior to loading onto the purification plate.
