Alexa Fluor Dyes

Fixed, permeabilized and RNase-treated HeLa cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal anti–human Golgin-97 antibody (A21270) and visualized with the yellow-fluorescent Alexa Fluor 430 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody (A11063). The F-actin was labeled with red-fluorescent Alexa Fluor 594 phalloidin (A12381) and the nuclei were stained with the SYTOX Green nucleic acid stain (S7020). This multiple-exposure image was acquired using a Nikon Diaphot fluorescent microscope equipped with a Quantix CCD camera. © by Molecular Probes.
