The intermediate filaments in bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells, localized using our anti-desmin antibody (A21283), which was visualized with the Alexa Fluor 647 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody (A21235). Endogenous biotin in the mitochondria was labeled with Alexa Fluor 546 streptavidin (S11225) and DNA in the cell was stained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (D1306, D3571, D21490).
