Alexa Fluor Dyes

Photobleaching profiles of the Alexa Fluor 555 and Cy3 dyes were obtained by placing equal molar concentrations of the free dyes into capillary tubes; the samples were continuously illuminated and data points were collected every five seconds. Fluorescence has been normalized to the same initial intensity. © by Molecular Probes.
