Description

  • Optima DTR™ products are based on a proprietary resin that provides clean-up of CE/Sanger sequencing reactions comparable to EdgeBio's reputable Performa® DTR products. Both product lines use gel-filtration technology to remove dye terminators from sequencing reactions. Optima DTR was developed specifically for high-throughput, high-volume users as a cost-effective alternative to Performa DTR, and is available in 8-well strip, 96- and 384-well plate formats. Optima DTR uses the same simple protocol and provides the same high-quality results as Performa DTR, but at a lower price. Moreover, the Optima products are stable at ambient temperature.

Optima DTR Plates

  • Optima DTR Ultra 96-well plates for a total input reaction volume of 5-20 μl – for special sequencing protocols requiring high dye terminator volumes
  • Optima DTR 96-well plates for a total input reaction volume of 5-15 μl
  • Optima DTR 384-well plates for a total input reaction volume of 5-10 μl

  • The Adhesive Plate Sealers can be used for protecting samples in 96-well and 384-well plates during shaking, incubation, and storage. They are packed in sets of 25 sealers and can be secured to any flat surface to eliminate waste and clutter. Adhesive Plate Sealers are resistant to heat and cold (-20 °C to 100 °C).

The raised rim around the perimeter of the plate allows for precise aligning of purification plates while the skirt allows robotic handling.
