Payment

After your order has been shipped you will receive an invoice. The invoice is sent separately by regular mail or electronically as PDF file to your billing address. Our bank account details are listed in the footer of the invoice. Please indicate the invoice number on your payment.

You can only pay by bank transfer. Payments via credit card are not possible.

Payment terms are 30 days.

MoBiTec is now part of BIOZOL

If not agreed otherwise, BIOZOL chooses the way of shipment (carrier, dispatch route, and packaging).

The customer carries the transport costs. These costs are not included in our listed product prices. They are listed separately in the order confirmation and the invoice.

BIOZOL ships directly from Eching adding a freight charge of:

For all other countries worldwide: freight charges on request.

For dry ice shipments BIOZOL charges 32,00 €.
