Coli). Gelsolin is a ubiquitously expressed cytoskeletal protein that breaks the non-covalent bonds between actin monomers in a filament. Fluctuating gelsolin expression has been reported in cancer cells and has been linked to altered motility and invasiveness of certain cancers. Recombinant anti-Gelsolin Nanobody 11 was developed by Gulliver Biomed. Storage Store at -20°C upon arrival. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
