Coli). Vinculin is a ~117 kDa cytoskeletal protein that interacts with talin, "-actinin, and F-actin. It links the cytoskeleton to the membrane of cells and to integrins and regulates focal adhesions and adherens junctions. Recombinant anti-Vinculin Nanobody 85 was developed by Gulliver Biomed.
