| Description: | Liposomal Ions ׀ Liposomal calcium is used for delivery of calcium ions across the cell membranes. It may also be used to load negatively charged organic molecules such as carboxylic acids by formation of calcium salt within the liposome. The calcium concentration in the liposome is 100 mM. The calcium encapsulation percentage is more than 99 %. The average size of liposomes is about 80 nm with poly dispersity index (dpi) of 0.1. This product includes 2 ml of 150 mM calcium encapsulated in liposomes. |
