| Description: | Liposomal Drugs ׀ The PEGylated liposomal doxorubicin includes the same concentrations of doxorubicin and lipids as that of clinical drugs Doxil or Lipodox but for laboratory research use only. The liposomal doxorubicin contains 2 mg/ml doxorubicin and 16 mg/ml lipids composed of 9.6 mg/ml hydrogenated soy phosphocholine, 3.2 mg/ml 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000]and 3.2 mg/ml cholesterol. The average size of liposomes is about 100 nm with poly dispersity index (dpi) of 0.1. This product includes 1 ml of liposomal doxorubicin at concentrations of 2 mg/ml doxorubicin and 16 mg/ml of lipids. |
