| Description: | VE-821 is a potent and selective ATP competitive inhibitor of ataxia-telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein (ATR) with IC50 of 26 nM in cell-free assays, with minimal activity against ATM, DNA-PK, and mTOR. It augments DNA damage and cell death of cancer cells in response to radiation, also sensitizes cancer cells to chemotherapy. |
